A short, honest explanation of what Ignoluxbit stores in your browser, and what it does not. No advertising cookies in v1.
Educational only. Not financial advice.
This page explains what Ignoluxbit v1 stores in your browser — and what it does not. The short version: most of what we save is your own learning progress, and you can clear it at any time.
Ignoluxbit v1 may not need traditional cookies for its core learning features. Learning progress may use LocalStorage instead (see Section 3).
If we use cookies at all, they will be limited to basic technical cookies required for the page to function correctly (for example, remembering a UI preference like an expanded section).
v1 does not set advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, affiliate tracking cookies, social-share tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. None of those exist on the site in v1.
LocalStorage is a small storage area inside your browser. It is different from a cookie: a cookie is sent to the server on every request, while LocalStorage stays inside your browser and is not transmitted automatically.
Ignoluxbit v1 may use LocalStorage to remember any of the following on your device:
This data is read by your browser. It is not transmitted to a server in v1.
v1 does not run advertising of any kind. As a result, no advertising cookies are set — no AdSense, no retargeting pixels, no affiliate tracking, no social-network ad cookies.
If advertising is ever introduced in a future version, this page will be updated before any ad cookie is activated, never after.
You can clear your learning progress at any time from the Learn page (button: Reset learning progress). The button clears the relevant LocalStorage keys.
You can also clear all site-storage for ignoluxbit.com from your browser settings — this removes everything Ignoluxbit has saved locally, including LocalStorage and any technical cookies that may exist.
Whatever the site stores in your browser is yours to clear. v1 is built so that nothing important to the site — and nothing personal about you — lives anywhere except your own browser.
